"The sun visor on my wife's helmet lost some small plastic tab which prevented the visor from staying attached securely. It was an obvious defect, but we have owned this helmet for maybe 5 months. It would have been a clear warranty replacement with Schuberth, but the guys at the Sanford store swapped it out for a new one. I can't say for sure that this is typical store policy, but it made me feel confident about my decision to buy locally rather than online."

"I'm from out of town and went down to get a new helmet for our bike trip. The gentleman working was super helpful and make picking out a new helmet super fast and easy! I highly recommend shopping here if you are in the area and need some new biking gear. The man also helped my dad pick out a new phone stand. He knew what he was talking about and my dad was very impressed. He loves his new bike phone stand and it held up so well on the road and in the rain! "I have purchased tires here for 2 of my bikes. The prices are good and I love the idea that they will mount and balance the tires for you at a good price which makes it worth having them do it rather than me mount my own tires at home. That being said I do wish the technician would pay a little more attention to detail. The front tire for my cruiser has had a slow leak since mounting. And on my sport bike he put the curved valve stem on facing the wrong direction for the front tire. While minor, it is a bit annoying."
